Doncaster Foodbank (Trussell Trust) Ltd is offering an exciting and challenging job opportunity to build and lead a volunteer team to develop and deliver local campaigning strategies in and with Doncaster Foodbank, organising in the Doncaster community to create change. You will be the link between Doncaster Foodbank and the Organising and Local Mobilisation team at Trussell Trust, as we build a movement to end the need for food banks.
We are seeking a committed, dynamic and organised person to develop and manage a team of volunteers, building and distributing leadership across the team, to work on local influencing to reduce poverty and the need for food banks.
Doncaster Foodbank opened in 2013 and feeds around 8000 people a year, including over 2000 children, through its food bank centres. It is part of the respected Trussell Trust network of UK food banks.
